The full-station commissioning was completed in just 16 days, significantly ahead of the original schedule by two weeks, establishing a solid technical foundation for the project’s timely grid connection and power generation.

To meet the owner’s requirement for full-capacity grid connection by year-end, Sitech’s technical team tackled challenges head-on and accelerated efforts. Despite simultaneous demands from multiple project technical services, the team quickly coordinated resources across the entire chain, deployed key technical personnel strategically, and established dedicated "green channels." With leaders taking on-site command and oversight, all functional departments collaborated efficiently, and an elite task force was promptly formed from frontline staff to drive progress on-site around the clock.

Facing extreme cold temperatures as low as -20°C, tight schedules, short commissioning windows, multi-unit overlapping tasks, extensive work areas, complex testing environments, and significant operational risks, the technical team demonstrated resilience and a battle-ready spirit. They provided round-the-clock support, ensured seamless progress, and completed all handover tests efficiently, with accurate data, standardized procedures, and one-time success.
