Recently, Sitech Electric successfully delivered and deployed the STQOM-9000 Transformer Integrated Online Monitoring System for the entire Muruntau 500kV substation in Uzbekistan. This marks a solid step forward for the company in the field of overseas power system intelligence. The project not only demonstrates Sitech Electric's leading expertise in smart grid technology but also contributes to the digital and intelligent upgrade of Uzbekistan's power grid, further solidifying its global market presence.
01 Reliable Power Supply, Strengthening the Energy Lifeline

The newly constructed Muruntau 500kV substation is a critical energy node in Uzbekistan, bearing the vital mission of providing stable power supply to a world-class gold mine. Its operational reliability directly impacts the mine's electricity security. Addressing challenges such as blind spots in condition awareness, delayed fault warnings, and crude equipment health assessments inherent in the original substation system, Sitech's transformer monitoring system enables accurate predictive capabilities.
Through real-time, comprehensive data sensing and analysis, the system effectively reduces fault occurrences, significantly enhances the operational efficiency and intelligence level of the substation, and fundamentally strengthens the power supply guarantee capability of this critical node. It provides a solid foundation for Uzbekistan's energy security and industrial development.
02 Hardware Foundation, Enabling Panoramic Monitoring
Successfully deployed at the Muruntau 500kV substation, the system integrates multi-dimensional monitoring functions including dissolved gas analysis, partial discharge, winding temperature, bushing dielectric loss, core ground current, and tap-changer monitoring. Utilizing high-precision sensors, it analyzes key parameters in real-time such as dissolved gases in oil, insulation status, hotspot temperatures, oil level, and oil pressure. The system offers advantages like strong anti-interference capability and convenient installation. By intelligently fusing multi-source data through algorithms, it generates a panoramic health assessment, achieving early warning and intelligent diagnostics throughout the transformer's lifecycle, significantly elevating equipment operational safety.

03 Software Empowerment, Building a Diagnostic System
This delivery marks another large-scale overseas application of China's industry-academia-research achievements. The system leverages Xi'an Jiaotong University's two decades of accumulated fault database containing over 100,000 samples and dynamic evaluation algorithms. It accurately diagnoses latent and sudden transformer faults, effectively addressing industry pain points like high misjudgment rates caused by traditional manual-dependent monitoring and outdated standards.

Accurate Assessment, Cost Reduction & Efficiency Gain: Evaluation models trained on the massive database improve condition assessment accuracy to 96%, significantly reducing unplanned outages and effectively lowering operational and maintenance costs.
Standard Innovation, Safety Assurance: It establishes the first condition evaluation standard for Central Asia that integrates international theory with local characteristics, providing precise early warnings for the power supply to the core gold mine.
Open Interface, Ecosystem Building: The project creates an open algorithm ecosystem supporting third-party iteration, assisting overseas users in more flexibly developing localized applications.
With the successful implementation and value demonstration of this system in Uzbekistan, Sitech Electric is now replicating this successful model in more Belt and Road Initiative countries, continuously injecting Chinese energy technology strength into the intelligent upgrade of global power grids.
