System Overview
——————

 

 

Transformers are important equipment for voltage level transformation and connection to the power grid in the power system. Ensuring their normal operation is an important prerequisite for ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power grid.

The STQOM-9000 Transformer Online Monitoring System obtains several key parameters of the transformer's operating status in real time, including on load tap changer, dissolved gas in oil, grounding current of iron core and clamp, partial discharge, winding temperature measurement, dynamic load and bushing status monitoring. It also comprehensively monitors sudden transient faults and slowly developing latent faults inside the transformer, and achieves comprehensive monitoring of the transformer from different perspectives of electricity, heat, force, and chemistry. By monitoring a large amount of real-time data such as partial discharge, oil and gas, and temperature online, combined with offline input parameters such as transformer structure and factory tests, internal fault analysis and status evaluation of transformers are completed, achieving comprehensive evaluation of transformer operation status and forming effective evaluation and diagnostic results. To provide scientific and effective reference for operation and maintenance personnel, and to effectively extend equipment operation time, develop reasonable maintenance plans, and prevent the occurrence of sudden failures.
