On the software side, it leverages AI diagnostic models to deliver accurate early warning and intelligent diagnosis of latent and sudden transformer faults. Live Detection: Integrates infrared, ultraviolet, ultrasonic, ultra-high frequency, transient earth voltage and high-frequency partial discharge technologies to detect equipment anomalies such as abnormal discharge and overheating without power interruption.

 

X-ray Detection: Uses penetrating imaging technology to conduct visualized diagnosis of internal structures of critical components including GIS equipment and tension clamps.

Offline Rapid Response: Combines professional teams with standardized processes to ensure that warnings are processed within 10 minutes and faults are resolved on-site within 2 hours to form a closed-loop disposal.

At a large-scale energy base in Xinjiang, Electric provided integrated live detection services for substations of all voltage levels ranging from 35kV to 220kV.
