Contract Energy Management (EPC) is a new energy-saving mechanism based on market operation that began to develop in developed Western countries in the 1970s. Its essence is to pay for the full cost of energy-saving projects by reducing energy costs. This energy-saving investment method allows customers to use future energy-saving benefits to upgrade factories and equipment, in order to reduce current operating costs; Alternatively, energy-saving service companies can provide energy-saving services to customers by committing to the energy-saving benefits of energy-saving projects or contracting the overall energy costs.

Energy saving benefits sharing type
The type of contract in which users and energy-saving service companies share energy-saving benefits during the project period.The investment in energy-saving renovation projects shall be jointly borne by the energy-saving service company and the user as agreed,or shall be borne solely by the energy-saving service company.After the completion of the project construction,after both parties confirm the energy savings,both parties will share the energy-saving benefits in accordance with the proportion agreed in the contract.
Energy cost custody type
The user entrusts the energy-saving service company to invest in the energy-saving renovation and operation management of the energy system,and according to the agreement of both parties,the energy cost of the energy system shall be handed over to the energy-saving service company for management.The type of contract for the energy cost saved by the system shall be determined by the company.
Energy saving guarantee type
User investment is a type of contract where energy-saving service companies provide energy-saving services to users and promise to ensure the energy-saving benefits of the project.After the project implementation is completed and both parties confirm that the promised energy-saving benefits have been achieved,the user shall pay the service fee to the energy-saving service company in one lump sum or in installments.If the promised energy-saving benefits are not achieved,the difference shall be borne by the energy-saving service company.
Financial leasing type
The financing company invests in purchasing energy-saving equipment and services from energy-saving service companies,leases them to users,and regularly charges leasing fees to users according to the agreement.The energy-saving service company is responsible for transforming the user's energy system and measuring and verifying the energy savings during the contract period to ensure the energy-saving effect.
Mixed type
The above modes are suitable for mixed use,with the most common being the combination of energy cost custody and financing leasing.
Contract Energy Management


Collect and monitor key operating parameters such as the air environment, security environment, transformer temperature, busbar temperature, secondary main switch, and outgoing circuit of the substation. At the same time, combined with on-site dynamic monitoring videos, on the one hand, establish an on-site closed-loop system for sound and light alarm, security access control, and mobile inspection, providing efficient and timely guarantee tools for operation and maintenance personnel to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the substation. On the other hand, establish a three-dimensional scene of substation safety management through online data and video visualization, helping management personnel improve transparency, monitoring, and unified management tools for substation operation and personnel work.


The water supply network monitoring system configures intelligent remote water meters on the hospital's basic water supply pipelines, monitors the water supply flow in real-time online, and uploads data to the energy data center through transmission networks, achieving online monitoring, data statistics, analysis, and decision-making of water consumption for various buildings and water consuming units. At the same time, relying on the powerful data analysis function of the system, automatic analysis of water supply leakage, identification of abnormal water use situations, real-time water balance analysis can be carried out, supplemented by system messages, mobile devices and other means to remind management personnel, helping hospitals to timely detect leakage, buy time for troubleshooting, minimize waste, and strengthen water supply guarantee.


The system collects and monitors key operating parameters such as environment, pressure, liquid level, water quality, and electricity usage in the water supply and drainage pump room. On the one hand, it provides a tool for operation and maintenance personnel to ensure the safe and reliable operation of equipment, and on the other hand, it helps management personnel improve information transparency in equipment operation and personnel work, providing tools that can be monitored, unified, and managed. The system achieves automatic control of the water tank level by detecting the water tank level and adjusting the on/off valve as needed. At the same time, based on the detection of water quality data, a series of closed-loop adjustments such as closing the water supply valve, opening the drain valve, and restoring the water tank for water exchange are implemented. At the same time, based on the actual operation view of the safety supervision system for the water supply pressure pump room in each area on site, the domestic water source room and water supply flow demand are controlled for constant pressure water supply. Based on various vertical product systems such as cold and heat source machine rooms, substations, water pump rooms, elevator machine rooms, and air conditioning terminals, indoor environmental data for each scenario is horizontally connected, and outdoor weather environment data is captured to provide management personnel with unified monitoring, alarm query and push, data statistical analysis, and palm environment query based on environmental dimensions. This helps management personnel to centrally monitor and manage various scenarios based on environmental dimensions. The system is designed with a focus on environmental elements in different scenarios, forming a multi terminal interaction mode such as PC, mobile phone, and Kanban, forming a complete closed-loop of environmental and air monitoring management business.


The system, based on the Energy Management System and relevant technical guidelines for energy management in public institutions, aims to achieve transparency in energy consumption.
