Overview

Fully enclosed gas insulated composite electrical equipment, abbreviated as GIS, uses SF6 gas with excellent insulation performance as the arc extinguishing and insulation medium. Due to its fully enclosed combination and small GIS volume, a fault in one equipment is prone to affect nearby equipment, causing the fault to expand. The repair of GIS faults is relatively complex, so online monitoring of GIS is particularly important.

System structure

The system mainly consists of built-in and external sensors, amplifiers, data collectors, optoelectronic converters (OCUs), industrial control computers (station center processing units, PCs and equipment cabinets) for ultra-high frequency partial discharge, as well as partial discharge data management systems, pattern recognition and diagnostic software. In addition, it also includes a precise positioning system for partial discharge and a sensor calibrator.

The online monitoring type IED host is a standard 2U (3U) 19 inch chassis, which can be installed nearby in the control cabinet. The portable monitoring IED host is installed in a portable industrial suitcase, and the chassis has good waterproof and anti drop performance. The number of detection channels for each IED can be customized within the range of 4-12 channels (including one environmental noise channel).
