How does it works?
——————

 

 

The SF6 gas density micro water sensor is a compact dew point and pressure measurement sensor that can be directly installed in pressure systems up to 50 bar (725 psia). In addition to the gas dew point temperature detection function, this sensor can also detect the pressure of gas, so it can directly detect the dew point temperature of pressurized gas. This sensor is particularly suitable for detecting the micro water content and density of SF6 gas in the power industry. It can convert gas pressure into a gas pressure output of 20 ℃, and also output various parameters such as gas temperature, density, and micro water content.

Analyze, compare, and process data from various monitoring points.

The leakage of SF6 gas in the switchgear room reflects the insulation condition of GIS during operation. Integrated with high-precision pressure sensors, temperature sensors, humidity sensors, etc., it realizes real-time monitoring, evaluation, diagnosis, and fault location alarm of insulation status of high-voltage combination electrical appliances under live state. The monitoring data can be stored, counted, and analyzed on-site and remotely, and displayed to users in forms such as reports, curves, and statistical charts. When abnormal monitoring values occur, the system will issue warning messages in various ways to remind management personnel. The backend software is based on the Windows system and adopts two structures: B/S (browser/server) and C/S (client/server), achieving powerful data query and analysis functions.
