System Overview

The ST-XYSDT-EIR capacitive equipment insulation online monitoring system is used to monitor the insulation of capacitive high-voltage electrical equipment such as bushings, which can improve the reliability of power system operation. The system continuously samples from the casing and sends the sampled values to a highly reliable fault diagnosis expert system within the device. The diagnostic system performs online analysis of the sampling value display device, and based on this analysis, the monitoring personnel will determine the optimal time to replace the equipment. It can not only reduce the cost of equipment replacement, but also reduce the risk of equipment scrapping, and has high economic and safety benefits.

This product uses permalloy with high initial permeability and low loss as the iron core, and adopts unique deep negative feedback technology and unique shielding measures, which can automatically compensate the sensor and make it work in an ideal zero magnetic flux state. The design of the through core structure can better ensure the safety of the equipment (aperture of 25mm). Long term use has shown that the sensor can accurately detect power frequency currents ranging from 100 μ A to 700mA. The phase transformation error is not greater than 0.01 ° and does not require any correction or modification. All devices are the same and have strong interchangeability. It has excellent temperature characteristics and electromagnetic field interference ability, fully meeting the accuracy of equipment sampling under complex power plant site interference, and has high working reliability and stability.
