System Overview

Transformers are one of the important equipment in substations, and their insulation status has always been an important detection object for operation and maintenance personnel. Partial discharge is a typical parameter that directly reflects the insulation fault of transformers. This system adopts a distributed bus structure, which can be divided into a partition layer, a process layer, and a station control layer. The UHF partial discharge sensor installed in the transformer oil discharge valve and the iron core grounding current sensor form the partition layer. The analog signal of the sensor is connected to the detection unit in the terminal cabinet next to the transformer. After signal conditioning and high data acquisition, it is digitized and processed, and the final result is sent to the backend data server for storage, analysis, display, and remote transmission.
